Hello! I am Frank Hernandez, the owner and operator of Rays Up Painting. With over 20 years of experience in the house painting industry, I decided it was finally time to run my own crew. I created Rays Up Painting 3 years ago, and like all that I do, my business revolves around my love of family. One of my brothers heads up the main painting crew, while I oversee multiple jobs and help where needed.
